1. Emergency services are not available everyday/everynight, and are strictly by-appointment only.

2. All emergency appointments are determined by Red Apple Dental staff.

3. Red Apple Dental is unable to guarantee that all patients can or will be seen. Patients may be advised to look for alternative dental emergency services if they cannot be accommodated on the day.

4. After-hours and weekends emergency services may incur additional fees including emergency call-out fees.

5. It is Red Apple Dental's policy that all accounts must be settled on the same day immediately after treatment.
